Tengzhong a step to take over Hummer

It’s been a few weeks (or months even) I told you that General Motors had an offer (I will not say well) from a Chinese company to buy brand Hummer. The Chinese government, with Communist red and decisions, did not look very welcome the transaction, so he put enough paste. Gradually, the company Singsong has overcome the obstacles, to the point that the yellow government has decided to leave the company to take the decision that creates, regardless of the interests of the country.
However, the sale of Hummer by General Motors, seems almost a given. It remains the signature and some small agreements. Finally, the Hummer will be sold for the paltry sum of 200 million dollars (about 142 million Euros).
Again it is a misery, but we know that the GM does not sell, so any offer is going to look good. We’ll see what direction the company takes in Chinese hands. The Chinese have said they will maintain the existing dealer network. We’ll see what changes bring new Chinese American vehicles…
