Hummer, Saab and Volvo, they go through very hard times and as we have said for weeks, are on sale.
Its parent, General Motors (GM) and Ford do not want to continue with a burden in times of crisis but the problem is that today nobody wants to buy and has a bad solution, since it raises the disappearance of some of them like Hummer .
Hummer is the ultimate expression of the ATV. The reference model, the H2, is derived from the Hume, the vehicle which became an icon, as had been the Jeep during World War II, during Desert Storm. In GM accounts were made and were considered to change the entire product line without dissolving its image would be too expensive and so decided to sell it.
In regard to Saab, has been a real headache for GM since 1989, acquired 50% of the Wallenberg family. Unlike the Hummer, which has its own technology, Saab today is nothing more than a factory and a logo, because the whole technology is GM.
Volvo is 100% owned by Ford, later to be profitable for many years, is in a difficult situation and Ford has put a price, 6,000 million dollars but there are no buyers, except China Changing not convinced by their payments deferred that are not like Ford.
